JANE YODER Jane, a Fort Wayne native, has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry in all facets of the business from new construction, luxury homes, first time homebuyers, short sales and everything in between. She is well awarded as being the top agent in her office many years and has been in the top 4% of the Realtors in the area and is considered a Top Producer. Her career started by working for a local builder and holding open houses in his Custom homes. With her by his side and with her encouragement, her husband, LaVon, began building homes aside from his HVAC career and together, they built 12 homes mostly on the NE side of Fort Wayne. Jane has always loved building and to create a great home, it requires many hours of research and skill in making selections and working with subcontractors. It was always wonderful to step back when each home was finished and know you had created a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous home! Loved it! My husband of 50+ years .and I have three children and five grandchildren JENNIFER (YODER) JENSON After growing up in Fort Wayne through Middle and High School, Jennifer moved to California shortly after graduating High School at Concordia Lutheran. Off on an adventure on the West Coast, Jennifer finished her B.S. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and then later her Masters in Business Administration (MBA), both at UCLA. She also met and married, Jeff, a native Southern Californian, and had two children - both now in Middle School. After running a residential program for homeless, pregnant women in Venice Beach, Jennifer decided to follow in her mother, Jane's, footsteps and pursue Real Estate. It was a natural transition, as she has always enjoyed helping people - whether it's getting on their feet from homelessness or finding a home. She worked in Real Estate for over 6 years in CA and has now come back to Fort Wayne to partner with mom, Jane. She enjoys motorcycling, local foodie hot spots (tell me if you know of places I haven't tried!), decorating her mid-century home with used and recycled internet finds, spending time her with best friend / hubby and her kids, traveling anywhere and everywhere and being with her parents and siblings. AS A TEAM Jane and Jennifer are flexible and make sure their clients have what they need, when they need it. Communication is key and they readily takes your phone calls when received or returns them quickly. They are also a serious problem solvers. Every buyer and seller needs the right information to know how to buy and/or sell and when issues arise, they has the experience to overcome them! No job is done until you, the client, are satisfied.
